Why Patients Choose Integrity

Choosing a prosthetic or orthotic provider is a deeply personal decision. Patients aren't just choosing a device, they're choosing a team they'll work with for years to come.
At Integrity Prosthetics & Orthotics, that trust has been built one patient at a time since 1985. Here's what sets us apart, and why patients throughout Central Florida keep choosing us.
Decades of Experience You Can Rely On
Founder Ed Crowe has been providing quality patient care to the Lakeland, Winter Haven, and Brandon communities for nearly four decades. That kind of longevity isn't an accident. It comes from consistently delivering the right device, the right fit, and the right level of care, appointment after appointment. Read our story here.
Truly Personalized, One-on-One Care
No two patients are alike, and no two prosthetic or orthotic solutions should be either. Our practitioners work directly with each patient to understand their goals, whether that's returning to work, playing with grandchildren, or getting back on the trail. From initial consultation through every follow-up and adjustment, care is built around the individual, not a one-size-fits-all process. Explore our full range of prosthetic and orthotic services.
Every Office Visit, No Charge
Consultations, follow-ups, and adjustments are all provided at no charge. Patients shouldn't have to think twice about coming in when something feels off. Removing that barrier means small issues get addressed early, before they become bigger problems.

Care That Comes to You
Not every patient can easily get to an office, so Integrity brings care to them. Between mobile units, home, hospital, and nursing home visits, and telemedicine appointments, patients across Central Florida can get expert care wherever they are. Walk-ins are also welcome for patients who need to be seen without an appointment.
The Latest Technology, In-House
Integrity offers access to the most advanced prosthetic and orthotic technology available, including microprocessor ankles and knees, myo-electric upper extremity prostheses, and elevated vacuum-assisted suspension systems. With an on-site fabrication lab, adjustments and custom devices don't have to wait on an outside vendor, which means faster turnaround and less time without a properly fitting device.
Support for Every Stage of Life
From pediatric prosthetics and cranial remolding helmets to sports and running prostheses for active adults, Integrity's services span every age and activity level. Patients also benefit from a peer visitation program, connecting them with others who understand the journey firsthand, along with pre- and post-operative consultations that prepare patients for what's ahead.
Care Rooted in the Name Itself
Integrity means the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. That's not just a name, it's the standard the team holds itself to with every patient interaction, every recommendation, and every device fitted. In a recent national survey, Integrity P&O ranked in the top 3 percentile for quality outcomes, scoring a perfect 100% on "Would you refer us to a family or friend?"
What Our Patients Say
Nothing tells the Integrity story better than the people we've cared for.
"I would not be able to have the life I have if it wasn't for Ed. He has always gone above and beyond for me... I've been with him for 26 years now, my whole childhood and adult life. I trust him with my life and I recommend him to anyone if they want the best." — R.K., Transtibial (BK) Prosthesis patient
"Great experience! Chris took good care of me and my needs. Office staff was kind and treats you like family. I've been walking pain free ever since I got my prosthetic. I highly recommend!" — T.R., Prosthesis patient
"From the beginning that I walked in to Integrity Prosthetics and met Ed Crowe, I knew that I was in the correct clinic... I feel the socket he created for me was the best device that I've ever had in my 14 years as an amputee." — M.R., Transtibial (BK) Prosthesis patient
